Responsibilities
1. Manage workflow and ensuring that deadlines are met, and work is completed correctly
2. Respond to questions and requests for information
3. Answer incoming calls perform other receptionist duties
4. Accurate data entry of client financial information into various programs
5. Perform bookkeeping duties
6. Maintain client confidentiality
Qualifications
1. Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
2. Exceptional communication skills
3. Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner
4. Extensive experience with data entry, record keeping and computer operation
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and QuickBooks
6. Experience in services related to payroll such as writing checks and submitting payroll taxes
